•  Needs analysis
  Precise identification of our customers’ needs as well as setting specific functionality are the basis for proper preparation. Thus, our team of experts are directly responsible for the development and correct functioning of the designed application and are involved in the preliminary discussion with the customer.
   
•  Developing a functional design
  The information gained during meetings with a customer, is submitted to the implementation team which transforms it into "a functional design". This is a preliminary draft of the application which contains a detailed description of service capabilities to be included in the final version of the system. Once the functional design is accepted, further implementation work starts.
   
•  Implementation, testing and launching
  The implementation of an application is one of the last elements of its development. For the project to be completed, it must first pass tests involving both the customer and designer. The approval of the final stage is followed by an application launch and its release to the end users.Business Intelligence

Together with the client, we analyse the needs and purpose of what they want to achieve, to choose the optimal technology that will be implemented.

Business Intelligence

We are able to collect information from both - IT systems and external files. We build Big Data repositories (data warehousing) which allow eg. building models or perform predictive analysis. This allows optimization of business processes, yielding measurable financial benefits. We forecast sales and its dependence on eg. the weather, rotation of goods in the warehouse or classify counterparties CRM systems.
